As previously reported, the British Virgin Islands government implemented a series of changes that came into effect in January 2023. Among these changes is the annual obligation to deliver financial reports.
All BVI Business Companies must present the financial report on the transactions made during 2023 through a specific form to be submitted from January 2024.
This form comprises a simplified Balance Sheet and Income Statement of the company. For companies with a fiscal year ending on December 31st, this form must be submitted each year by September 30th.
It is worth noting that the financial information presented will not be made available to the general public.
