As previously reported, the British Virgin Islands government implemented a series of changes that came into effect in January 2023. Among these changes is the annual obligation to deliver financial reports.<\/p>\n
All BVI Business Companies must present the financial report on the transactions made during 2023 through a specific form to be submitted from January 2024.<\/p>\n
This form comprises a simplified Balance Sheet and Income Statement of the company. For companies with a fiscal year ending on December 31st, this form must be submitted each year by September 30th.<\/p>\n
It is worth noting that the financial information presented will not be made available to the general public.<\/p>\n
